Environmental Crew Leader - Venice

Lead a small crew of one or two people on landscape and site work crews, running them directly while performing hands-on tasks like digging, setting posts, and hanging silt fence fabric. Operate trenchers and manage tools, load and unload gear, and walk sites to identify and fix problems. Train new hires on silt fence installation, equipment use, and site rules, maintaining a steady pace through heavy, dirty work in Florida heat. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record.
