Environmental Coordinator

Job Summary
Develop and coordinate environmental compliance programs for all construction projects, identifying and evaluating risks associated with site activities. Oversee policy implementation through training, conduct audits and inspections, and maintain detailed environmental reports. Provide guidance to project teams on planning and execution while attending meetings with contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, 3 to 7 years of construction industry experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 3 to 7 years of experience working in environmental compliance in the construction industry
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including air and water quality, waste management, and hazardous materials
- Experience with environmental management systems (EMS) and permits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Availability to travel to project sites and work flexible hours, if required
