Environmental Consultant / Senior Environmental Consultant

Job Summary
Conduct land contamination assessments, sediment management, and green building projects including BEAM Plus, LEED, and WELL standards. Prepare Contamination Assessment Plans, Remediation Action Plans, and reports for developments and EIA projects while supervising site activities. Execute data collection, simulations, modeling, and field inspections to deliver project outputs. Manage client and project team liaison, coordinate with Government Authorities, and attend meetings. Undertake business development through marketing and proposal preparation. This role supports sustainable environmental solutions across diverse sectors in the Asia Pacific region.
Required Qualifications
- relevant science or engineering degree
- at least 7 years relevant experience in Hong Kong and/or Asia Pacific Region for consultancy work in relevant disciplines including but not limit to environmental, sustainable buildings or land contamination
- Good command of English and Chinese
- ability to work independently and effectively
- good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to strongly coordinate across all levels of organisation (internal and external)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in conducting Land Contamination Assessment
- Experience in using Auto-CAD, GIS, Copilot
- A BEAM Pro registered with the Hong Kong Green Building Council
- A member of the Hong Kong Institute of Acoustics, or Hong Kong Institute of Environmental Impact Assessment, Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management and/or Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professional
