Job Summary

Kearns & West is seeking early-career professionals for the Rising and Emerging Practitioners Program (REP3) to support Environmental Collaboration and Conflict Resolution projects. The role offers part-time or full-time opportunities focused on public policy and community engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience related to underrepresented and/or non-dominant communities
  • Interest in working collaboratively with diverse communities
  • Willingness to learn and provide neutral ECCR expertise
  • Experience in mediation or facilitating public policy-related conflict management

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with online communications and meeting platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Zoom
  • Experience with community resilience practices
  • Skills in collaborative leadership and group decision-making
  • Knowledge of Indigenous communities and practices
  • Experience with public participation and outreach
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
