Job Summary
Kearns & West is seeking early-career professionals for the Rising and Emerging Practitioners Program (REP3) to support Environmental Collaboration and Conflict Resolution projects. The role offers part-time or full-time opportunities focused on public policy and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience related to underrepresented and/or non-dominant communities
- Interest in working collaboratively with diverse communities
- Willingness to learn and provide neutral ECCR expertise
- Experience in mediation or facilitating public policy-related conflict management
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with online communications and meeting platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Zoom
- Experience with community resilience practices
- Skills in collaborative leadership and group decision-making
- Knowledge of Indigenous communities and practices
- Experience with public participation and outreach
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
