Job Summary
Environmental Compliance Technician responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety, GMP and SQF policies, supervising sanitation tasks, coaching employees on proper food waste practices, collecting data to report trends, and addressing food waste risks in real time; collaborates with departments to resolve issues and ensures adherence to PPE/hygiene and sanitation procedures. Shift: Sunday-Wednesday from 7:00am to 5:30PM. Full-time role with emphasis on training, data reporting, and proactive risk management on the production floor.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
