Environmental Compliance Specialist position involving regulatory visual inspections at UST/AST facilities, delivering training to facility employees, completing state inspection report forms, and performing environmental regulatory audits. Responsibilities include communicating regulatory requirements to clients, acting independently and in teams to provide compliance recommendations, conducting field safety checks, and ensuring timely, accurate compliance tasks. The role requires ~4 days of fieldwork per week with ~1 day remotely from the home office, pursuing California UST System Operator Certification through company-sponsored training, and using company-provided equipment. Located in Eureka, CA with required CA driver’s license and willingness to travel; bachelor’s degree preferred and strong emphasis on attention to detail, time management, and effective written/verbal communication.
