Environmental Compliance Specialist

Conduct regulatory visual inspections at gas stations and other underground and aboveground storage tank facilities. Communicate compliance requirements to clients and provide training to facility employees on safety duties. Complete state inspection report forms and perform environmental regulatory audits as needed. Perform regular safety checks on field equipment and submit vehicle inspection reports. Act independently and as part of a team to make compliance recommendations. This Monday through Friday role involves approximately 80% fieldwork and 20% remote office tasks. Starting hourly rate is $23.00 to $25.00 with a $500 bonus after 90 days. Valid NY driver's license and Class A and B UST Operator Certification are required.
