Job Summary
The Environmental Chemist will coordinate and implement a variety of environmental solutions and projects within the Contamination Assessment & Remediation service line. Key responsibilities include preparation of Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPP), adherence to quality systems outlined in the QAPP, validation of analytical data results, monitoring of laboratory certifications, and providing technical assistance to project teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1 to 2 years of experience in environmental laboratory settings, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. This role emphasizes the importance of collaborative teamwork and proactive communication with management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Natural Resources or Applied Science.
- 1 to 2 years’ environmental laboratory experience preferably in analytical bench chemistry.
