Job Summary
Provide clients with legal advice, guidance, and representation across all areas of matter management, analysis, strategy, and preparation. Meet with clients to keep them updated on developments, identify objectives, and make strategic recommendations. Obtain necessary information from clients, agencies, opposing parties, and others while demonstrating exceptional legal research and clear, persuasive writing. Explain complex legal concepts and technical information into concise language, assimilating scientific data into legal analysis. Create matter strategies, manage case deadlines, and work on matters from beginning to end. Assist with business development and contribute to a productive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Admission to the California State Bar
