Job Summary
Counsel on remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, transaction-triggered environmental laws, and the allocation and management of environmental risk in contracts; advise on environmental insurance policies as a risk-management tool in transactions, project financing, environmental land use issues, and regulatory compliance. Requires five to seven years of relevant experience; strong drafting, research, and writing skills; ability to work with teams and independently; licensed to practice law in Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in law firm or in-house legal department
- Strong drafting, research, and writing skills
- Ability to work with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients successfully
- Book of business preferred
