Job Summary
Distribute weekly project trackers, initiate new projects, handle purchase orders, prepare proposals, and monitor project progress to support client management. Effectively manage high volumes of open projects with minimal supervision by communicating with federal, state, and local officials to define scopes of work and convey timelines to clients. Prepare detailed Environmental Report Scopes of Work, review Migratory Bird Reports, and ensure all deliverables meet internal QA/QC standards. Assist in training new employees through the development of training documents and annual companywide reminders regarding migratory bird services. Maintain knowledge of migratory bird species and relevant laws, ensuring proper and timely filing of permit applications. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, biology, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Phase I, Phase II and NEPA Environmental Site Assessment experience
- status as an Environmental Professional (EP)
- Other Professional Licensure (PE/PG/CHMM/PMP/LEP)
- Experience with administrative functions such as accounting
