Environmental and Safety Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
Maintain health and safety records, track incident reports and corrective actions, and prepare compliance reports for clinic operations. Manage independent databases for licensure, certification, and occupational health to ensure record accuracy. Serve as the main contact for clinic administration communications by processing documents and directing patient concerns, referrals, and records requests. Coordinate onboarding for clinical partners, faculty, and students by assigning training, requesting system access, and processing ID badge requests. Monitor clinic operating procedures, track due dates, and post approved updates. Support meetings, training sessions, and workgroups while providing backup assistance for clinical supply and instrument management.
