Job Summary
HSE Manager for the Composites Factory in Piteå, responsible for leading a small HSE Specialist team, driving performance improvements in health, safety, security and environmental practices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies, conducting inspections and audits, investigating incidents and sharing learnings, training staff in HSE matters, and engaging with local community, suppliers and customers to strengthen HSE culture across a manufacturing site.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Knowledge and experience with Swedish HSE regulations
- Experience auditing and management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Leadership of a small HSE team
- Experience in training staff in HSE matters
