Job Summary
Mentor lower-level staff on workload management and daily functions while providing leadership and consultation for environmental projects. Plan, develop, and deliver client presentations on project completion issues, then coordinate interdisciplinary experts to finalize analysis and findings. Guide staff in creating plans, objectives, and processes, and resolve complex environmental issues by managing technical staff. Disseminate current knowledge of environmental trends and policies to the organization and create comprehensive written reports for clients. Travel as required and support the organization's quality program while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues within the Built Environment Group.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of related and practical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licenses as required
- Knowledge of general terms, conditions, nomenclature, etc. associated with the Environmental Services industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred
