Job Summary
Clean, disinfect, and service hospital units, patient rooms, critical care areas, specialty zones, and office spaces using established procedures. Operate electrical and battery-powered equipment as needed. Maintain availability to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts. Possess a valid driver's license and basic English reading, writing, and instruction-following skills. High school diploma or GED required. Successful L2 background screening is mandatory for all individuals providing care to vulnerable populations within the Sarasota Memorial Health Care System.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts
- Basic ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Successful L2 Background screening
- One (1) year of experience in housekeeping, linen or environmental services
- High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
