Environment team member

Environment team member at Michaels responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards, assisting customers, facilitating Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store), stocking and planogram adherence, cash handling to standards, and delivering friendly service while upholding safety and SOPs. Duties include cleaning floors, bathrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic areas; mixing cleaning solutions; unloading trucks; engaging with customers about loyalty programs and credit card enrollments; and supporting general store operations and teamwork. Must be able to stand for long periods and work varied hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings; minimum age 16; benefits available for both full-time and part-time team members.
