Job Summary
Managing Consultant leading environmental scopes for ERM's Capital Project Delivery across APAC. Responsibilities include directing baseline surveys and fieldwork, drafting technical reports and management plans for international environmental impact assessments, and providing technical advice across baseline reports and EIA/ESIA documentation. The role entails supervising field activities, coordinating with the Thailand office and global ERM offices, mentoring junior team members, and supporting business development and client relationships. Travel across APAC for field visits and project delivery is expected, with emphasis on biodiversity, resettlement planning, and adherence to international standards. Requires strong leadership, project management, and ability to foster technical growth within the environment team, along with experience in sales and financial management of projects and fluency in English and Thai.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant environmental, scientific or engineering subject
- Minimum 8 years of experience in EIA/ESIA processes, permitting, and sustainability frameworks
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships
- Familiarity with international standards (IFC, Equator Principles) and regional regulations
- Experience in sales, strategic growth, and financial management of projects
- Fluent in English and Thai
