Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of safety, environmental, and regulatory programs across all company locations. Drive OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance, conduct safety training, inspections, and incident investigations, and partner with operations leadership to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. Responsibilities include maintaining hazardous waste handling and storage, stormwater management, air quality monitoring, SPCC compliance, risk identification and corrective actions, contractor safety oversight, and preparation for regulatory inspections. Build and sustain a strong safety culture through regular safety meetings, audits, and employee coaching on PPE, lockout/tagout, fire safety, and emergency response. Occasional travel to locations for trainings and inspections.
