Job Summary
The EHS Planning Supervisor oversees planning, coordination, and support of Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives across regional operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening emergency response systems, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities include developing and implementing regional EHS plans, managing safety checklists and inspections, coordinating cross-audit activities, tracking CAPA, ensuring policy adherence, monitoring safety performance data, supporting emergency preparedness, coordinating with HQ and subsidiaries, delivering EHS training, and promoting a proactive safety culture. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years in EHS/EHS planning, strong planning/coordination/project management, English communication, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, multitasking under deadlines, and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include 6–9 years in EHS, data analysis for safety, CAPA experience, professional EHS certifications (NEBOSH, CSP, ISO 45001/14001), and Korean language ability for HQ coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5–8 years of experience in EHS or EHS planning
- Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
