Job Summary
Senior EHS leader responsible for executing Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) EHS strategic imperatives at the Everett, WA site. Leads EHS programs, regulatory compliance, and injury-prevention initiatives; fosters a culture of safety, quality, and lean operations; builds relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and internal stakeholders; provides leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the EHS teams; leverages data analytics to drive decision-making; develops and executes integrated organizational plans and policies; ensures effective communication and accountability across function teams; role is 100% onsite at the Everett facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience leading teams
- 5+ years of experience in cross-functional environments
- 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
Desired Qualifications
- Masters of science degree
- Certified Safety Professional
