Env Services Aide Lead - DeKalb Environment Services - FT - 2nd Shift

Oversee activities of personnel engaged in maintaining hospital buildings in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Tour buildings regularly to observe cleaning crews in action, ensure all instructions are followed, and verify safety rules are observed. Orient and train new employees in proper cleaning procedures while performing duties of subordinate personnel. Requires six to twelve months of related work experience in housekeeping or institutional cleaning, including knowledge of sanitation equipment and materials. High school or GED education is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
