Job Summary
Maintain high-quality housekeeping standards by performing daily cleaning and restocking of patient rooms, nursing stations, restrooms, offices, and other assigned areas in accordance with established department procedures. Ensure effective department operations by maintaining good attendance, starting and ending each day correctly per policy, and performing an adequate share of workload as determined by EVS leadership. Meet organization housekeeping needs by achieving the average monthly overall room score target while displaying a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude toward customers. Work in a team-structured, fast-paced environment requiring effective oral and written communication.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form
- Must be willing to work in a team structured environment
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to work/manage a fast paced, stressful work environment
- Must be able to attend work regularly and promptly
Desired Qualifications
- HS/GED preferred
- Previous experience in health care or public lodging facility experience preferred
