Job Summary
Coordinate and lead complex development and customer projects in hybrid microsystems, including thick-film, LTCC, and PCB technologies. Translate technical developments from CAD layout and construction tasks through feasibility studies to prototyping. Specify development requirements in coordination with technical areas and oversee the transition of new products into mass production. Handle research and development tasks in close collaboration with external partners, contributing expertise to joint initiatives. This role supports international clients in the aerospace, semiconductor, mobility, and medical technology sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) der Elektrotechnik, Feinwerktechnik, Werkstofftechnik, Mechatronik, einer Naturwissenschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Elektronik sowie Mess- und Prüftechnik
- Sicherer Umgang mit analytischen und statistischen Methoden
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Layoutsoftware (z. B. Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics oder vergleichbare Systeme)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
