Job Summary
Design and develop the E/E-system concept for the complete vehicle, including voltage supply and communication interface definitions. Create wiring harness schematics and derive corresponding bill of materials. Define wiring harness routing and E/E component positioning within the CAD system to generate assembly plans and form boards. Collaborate on troubleshooting and rectification of complete vehicle E/E-system faults while initiating countermeasures for future error prevention. Serve as the contact point for suppliers regarding questions or feedback on developed wiring harnesses and E/E components. The role involves working on race cars and sports cars within a leading automotive quality company in Affalterbach.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum KFZ-Elektriker/-Mechatroniker (m/w/d) mit Zusatzausbildung zum Techniker oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie
- Fundiertes Fachwissen in der Leitungssatz-Entwicklung sowie in der Auslegung von E/E-Architekturen
- Selbstständige, analytische und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Versierter Umgang mit E-CAD (vorzugsweise E3 Series)
- gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD-Tools (vorzugsweise CATIA V5)
- Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft an Hochvoltsystemen
