Job Summary

Entry Systems Engineer to support FAA government programs. Responsibilities include providing systems engineering support, recording and tracking system requirements, aligning requirements with system development activities, contributing to working groups through oral and written communication, and fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and five years of relevant experience; preferred experience with ATC/M systems design and development, knowledge of government acquisition processes, and the ability to pursue a US Public Trust clearance. Salary range listed: $80,000-$250,000; benefits include comprehensive medical and retirement options. Hybrid work option in District of Columbia (US).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering (civil, electrical, electronic, chemical, industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, avionics, environmental or computer) from an ABET-accredited program
  • Five years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with ATC/M systems design and development is desired
  • Knowledge of government acquisition processes and experience in development of models and databases is desired
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance
