Job Summary
Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical maintenance on production equipment under the guidance of a trainer to sustain safe operations, production goals, and quality. Assist in repairs and adjustments to maximize quality and minimize rejects; follow engineering guidelines; assist in changeovers and setups; understand operation, setup, and preventive maintenance schedules; maintain production records and requisitions for materials; communicate with leads and purchasing for spare parts; participate in process improvements and validation activities; adhere to safety and housekeeping standards; exhibit regular attendance; shift is Sunday–Thursday, 10:15 PM–7:00 AM; travel up to 5% per year.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of Manufacturing Maintenance Experience
- Ability to read mechanical diagrams and schematics
