Job Summary
Conduct no-touch dry van freight operations with 60% drop and hook techniques across an average of 2,200–2,500 weekly miles. Complete a paid 4–6 week training program alongside an experienced mentor covering inspections, ELD, and HOS before transitioning to solo driving at $0.56 CPM. Enjoy consistent home time every two weeks with weekly pay, stop, layover, and breakdown compensation included. Earn $0.56–$0.65 CPM with a six-month pay increase, $300 orientation bonus, and access to health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO benefits starting at 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- age 21+
- 120+ hours of instruction from an accredited truck driving school
- Clean driving record — no major violations last 3 years
- No DUI within 5 years
- Urine and hair follicle screening
