Job Summary
Conduct dry van, no-touch freight operations with a dedicated mentor during a 4–6 week paid training program, then transition to solo driving on day and night runs. Manage real routes, safety inspections, and daily operations while covering approximately 2,200–2,500 miles weekly with minimal downtime. Earn between $1,200 and $1,500 after training, with pay increases every six months and additional compensation for stops, layovers, and breakdowns. Operate assigned Freightliner and Kenworth equipment with APUs, utilizing a structured path from training to independent driving.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ with valid Class A CDL
- Completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school
- Open to recent graduates and drivers with 6+ months experience
- No major violations in last 3 years
- No DUI in last 5 years
- Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
