Job Summary
Draft roadway and transportation designs using CAD drafting and design support for urban, rural, and highway projects. Assist with research and preparation of technical reports while participating in field observations and site visits as needed. Contribute to project delivery by working alongside experienced engineers on meaningful transportation initiatives that impact communities. This entry-level role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle for upcoming graduates with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- December 2026 graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
- Interest in transportation engineering and roadway design
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation is a plus
