Job Summary
Conduct daily instruction for a classroom of 20+ scholars by implementing curriculum-aligned lesson plans and utilizing diverse instructional strategies. Assess student progress through assignments and tests, providing timely feedback while maintaining accurate performance records. Establish and enforce classroom rules to ensure a productive learning environment, and communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral issues. Collaborate with staff and administration to support student success, leveraging your unique background in education or other fields. Work in person in New York City for the 2026-27 school year. Success Academy provides comprehensive training, coaching, and leadership pathways to help you grow into a high-performing educator.
