Job Summary
Conduct daily instruction for 20+ scholars by implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and utilizing varied instructional strategies. Assess student progress through assignments and tests, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate performance records. Establish classroom rules to ensure a productive environment while communicating regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral issues. Collaborate with staff and administration to support student success, executing a proven playbook that prioritizes structure and consistency. Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars, assess student progress through assignments and tests, and provide timely feedback. Establish and enforce classroom rules to maintain a productive learning environment. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues. Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy
- Ability to work in person in New York City
