Job Summary
Conduct daily instruction for 20+ scholars by implementing curriculum-aligned lesson plans and utilizing diverse instructional strategies. Assess student progress through assignments and observations, providing timely feedback while maintaining accurate performance records. Establish classroom rules and communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral issues. Collaborate with staff and administration to support student success. Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars. This role is part of a high-performing network of public charter schools in New York City.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy
- Ability to work in person in New York City
