Job Summary
Implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards while managing a classroom of 20+ scholars using diverse instructional strategies and technologies. Assess student progress through assignments and tests, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate performance records. Establish classroom rules to ensure a productive environment and communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding academic and behavioral issues. Collaborate with staff and administration to support student success and execute a proven playbook for excellence. Work in person in New York City for the 2026-27 school year. Success Academy provides intensive training, coaching, and leadership pathways to help teachers advance into leadership roles within three years.
