Job Summary
Conduct daily instruction for 20+ scholars by implementing curriculum-aligned lesson plans and utilizing diverse instructional strategies. Assess student progress through assignments and tests, providing timely feedback while maintaining accurate performance records. Establish and enforce classroom rules to ensure a productive learning environment. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic and behavioral progress. Collaborate with staff and administration to support student success. Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars.
