Job Summary
Conduct daily instruction for 20+ scholars by implementing curriculum-aligned lesson plans and utilizing diverse instructional strategies. Assess student progress through assignments and tests, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate performance records. Establish classroom rules, communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral issues, and collaborate with staff to support student success. Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars while adhering to strict deadlines for the 2026-27 school year.
