Entry-Level to Experienced Teacher - Queens

Entry-Level to Experienced Teacher role in the Success Academy network in NYC with in-person teaching responsibilities. Responsibilities include lesson planning and instruction aligned with curriculum standards, using diverse instructional strategies and technologies, managing a classroom of 20+ scholars, assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing timely feedback, maintaining accurate records, establishing classroom rules and procedures, and communicating regularly with students, parents, and guardians. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for learning, and a commitment to student development are required; there is no need for teaching certification or a Master’s degree. Training and world-class coaching are provided to help teachers thrive in the classroom and beyond. The role offers comprehensive health and wellness benefits, paid time off, retirement and other employee benefits, and a compensation range of $65,000–$75,000 USD.
