Job Summary
Entry-level to experienced teaching role at Success Academy in New York City area. Responsibilities include lesson planning and instruction, using diverse instructional strategies and technologies, managing a classroom of 20+ scholars, assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, establishing classroom rules, and communicating with students, parents, and guardians. Collaboration with teachers, staff, and administration to support student success. Benefits include extensive training and world-class coaching; compensation range $65,000–$75,000 USD. Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree before the first day; ability to work in person in New York City. Teaching certification and Master’s degrees are not required.
