Job Summary
Teach and support students in Success Academy’s NYC-area charter network. Responsibilities include Lesson Planning and Instruction, utilizing diverse instructional strategies and technologies, managing a classroom of 20+ scholars, assessing student progress and providing timely feedback, maintaining accurate records, and establishing classroom rules to sustain a productive learning environment. Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and guardians; collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to support student success. Requires a bachelor’s degree before the first day of work; no teaching certification or Master’s degree required. Role is in-person in New York City, with world-class coaching and development provided to help you grow as an educator.
