Job Summary
Conduct daily instruction for a classroom of 20+ scholars by implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and utilizing varied instructional strategies. Assess student progress through assignments and tests, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate performance records. Establish classroom rules to ensure a productive environment while communicating regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral issues. Collaborate with staff and administration to support student success. Manage a large, fast-growing network of public charter schools in New York City.
