Job Summary
Be an Entry Level Technician performing entry-level vehicle maintenance and tire services for passenger and light trucks. Duties include mounting/dismounting, balancing tires, lube/oil/filter changes, documenting safety inspections, and performing unsupervised vehicle maintenance (e.g., headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades). Collaborate with store management to maintain productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction; maintain clean work area and adhere to policies and procedures; assist with additional responsibilities as needed. This role emphasizes customer service within a retail environment, requires the ability to lift 40-50 lbs, and calls for a basic understanding of automotive tire and service operations with a teamwork mindset.
