Job Summary
Entry Level Technician provides emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following assigned work orders from the Lead Technician/Crew Chief. Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation as directed, including water extraction, contents pack-out, removal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, and light construction/remediation. Sets up and monitors air movers and dehumidifiers; may perform additional cleaning tasks as part of mitigation or restoration. Reports equipment malfunctions and customer issues to the supervisor; completes tasks per company processes with quality control. Requires teamwork, instruction-following, and strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills; reading and following product label usage instructions. Able to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 pounds, and work in varied conditions; uniforms and reliability emphasized.
