Responsibilities include changing oil, checking batteries, lubricating equipment, inspecting for defective components, verifying dimensions/clearances, and assisting in repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The role emphasizes on-the-job training through an in-house program, with no prior experience required. Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret safety and maintenance manuals, use hand and power tools, and lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
