Job Summary
Entry Level Monitoring Technician responsible for daily monitoring of components to detect leaking equipment and emissions, performing calibrations on analyzers, conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, identifying component changes and AV/O leaks, supporting leak repairs at customer sites, completing daily safety and equipment inspections, and participating in safety trainings. The role involves on-site work at client sites in Oregon, OH, with heavy emphasis on outdoor conditions, mechanical aptitude, and readiness to learn through comprehensive training and opportunities for upward mobility. Starting pay is $19.05/hour with benefits, paid time off, and potential multiple pay increases in the first year.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to be on your feet for 8-10+ hours per day on uneven ground
- Ability and desire to climb stairs and ladders to high heights (up to 300ft)
- Love being outdoors, working safely in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to the worksites
- Some mechanical abilities preferred
- Ability to understand and use hand-held devices
- Attend and participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety trainings
