Job Summary
As a teacher in Success Academy’s NYC network, you will lead classroom instruction for 20+ scholars, implement lesson plans aligned to curriculum standards, assess student progress, maintain records, and communicate with families. The role emphasizes classroom management, collaboration with colleagues and administration, and participation in ongoing professional development and leadership pathways. Training and a proven curriculum are provided to support your success, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles within three years. In-person work in New York City is required. Responsibilities also include data-driven instruction, equity-focused teaching, and engaging students from low-income backgrounds in rigorous, college-preparatory learning.
