Job Summary
Entry-level teaching role at Success Academy in NYC area. You’ll be responsible for Lesson Planning and Instruction, manage a classroom of 20+ scholars, assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success. No formal teaching certification or Master’s degree is required; we’ll provide training and world-class coaching to help you thrive. Must be able to work in person in New York City. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 USD plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for leadership growth within ~3 years. Location indicated as Edgewater, NJ with in-person work requirements in New York City.
