Job Summary
Study and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards while managing a classroom of 20+ scholars. Utilize diverse instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning, and assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations to provide timely feedback. Establish and enforce classroom rules, maintain accurate records of performance, and communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic and behavioral issues. Collaborate with staff and administration to support student success, engage in professional development with targeted coaching, and develop leadership skills within the grade team or school leadership track.
