Required Qualifications
- Ability to explain, prepare, and complete accurate tax-related forms
- Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients
- Complete all related tax forms in compliance with legislation and regulations
- Collection and processing of clients payments
- Resolve client complaints or refer situations to the supervisor as appropriate
