Job Summary
Design and develop building automation and electrical control systems that interface with facility management equipment and sensors. Architect custom solutions using control databases, AI, and user interface tools to provide clients with real-time data and actionable facility information. Develop quality control system sequences and programs in accordance with established RoviSys Building Technologies and client standards. Work in a team environment with engineers, designers, partners, and clients to deliver quality automation and information solutions. This entry-level role supports clients onsite and from offices across the globe, offering opportunities to grow into leading a team of engineers and technicians.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a Technical Field, related to Engineering or Systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects
- Passionate about problem solving and developing solutions
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Relevant Co-op experience
- Manufacturing process knowledge or building/facility management knowledge
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Distributed Control System (DCS), and/or Direct Digital Control (DDC) experience
- Familiarity with web development technologies
- Design and Implementation of Relational/Document Databases and Historians (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo, OSIsoft, etc.)
