Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering (Master’s preferred)

- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: eagerness to gain experience in diverse structural engineering applications
- Interest in Travel: opportunity includes short-duration travel (typically five days or less) to evaluate precast concrete plants
- Communication Skills: ability to develop and display effective communication skills
