Job Summary
Lead structural Revit/CAD model creation and drawing production for municipal, industrial, and federal clients serving the water and wastewater industries. Coordinate with multi-discipline teams including mechanical, process, and electrical engineers to develop cost-effective designs for new facilities, expansions, and retrofits. Manage drawing lists, annotate contract drawings, and execute Navisworks model walkthroughs while maintaining daily model management and compliance with BIMxP/CADD standards. Develop and maintain structural content and standard details, integrating REVIT products with Autodesk, construction phasing, and cost estimation applications. Requires C1 English proficiency, bilingual Spanish, and expertise in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Navisworks Manage.

- Knowledge of BIM technologies and workflow
- Manage drawing lists and initiate production of contract drawings
- Annotate contract drawings and address redline mark-ups
- Understand information required for development of bid-ready drawings
- Comply with BIMxP/CADD Plan to achieve consistent results
- Coordinate and execute Navisworks model walkthroughs
- Perform daily model management and maintenance
- Develop and maintain structural content and standard details
- Integrate REVIT products with other applications (Autodesk, construction phasing, cost estimation)
- Knowledge of industry standards such as NBIMS, NCS, AEC
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in REVIT
- Proficiency in Navisworks Manage
- Familiarity with CRSI standards for reinforced concrete detailing and AISC structural steel detailing
- Working knowledge of design industry workflows, production cycle, and priorities
- Experience working with Autodesk BIM 360
